Terms of Service

Effective date: May 18, 2026

Important notice

SolveCare360 is an information and document-assistance tool. It is not a medical provider, insurance company, or licensed advisor. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical, legal, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions about your health or finances.

1. Who We Are

SolveCare360 (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the SolveCare360 platform, accessible at solvecare360.com and related subdomains. We provide AI-powered tools to help people understand healthcare documents and identify benefit programs they may qualify for.

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SolveCare360 provides two core features:

  • Document Decoder — Upload a healthcare document (Medicare statement, Explanation of Benefits, medical bill, insurance letter, etc.) and receive a plain-English explanation of its contents, including a summary, action checklist, and important dates.
  • Benefits Finder — Answer questions about your situation and receive a personalized list of federal and state benefit programs you may qualify for, along with guidance on how to apply.

The Service uses artificial intelligence. AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You should always verify important information independently and consult licensed professionals before taking action on any healthcare or financial matter.

3. Not Medical or Professional Advice

The Service does not provide medical, legal, financial, or insurance advice. All content generated by SolveCare360 is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for advice from a licensed physician, insurance agent, attorney, financial advisor, or other qualified professional.

Do not use SolveCare360 to make urgent healthcare decisions. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.

Eligibility determinations produced by the Benefits Finder are estimates based on the information you provide and publicly available program data. Actual eligibility is determined solely by the administering agency. We make no guarantee that you will qualify for or be approved for any program.

4. Document Upload and AI Processing

When you upload a document, you consent to that document being transmitted to Anthropic's Claude API for AI analysis. This transmission is necessary to provide the Service. Anthropic's API usage policies prohibit using API inputs to train AI models. Your documents are not stored or used by Anthropic beyond processing your individual request.

You represent that you have the right to upload and share any document you submit. Do not upload documents belonging to other individuals without their explicit consent.

SolveCare360 is not a HIPAA covered entity or business associate. When you upload your own medical documents to our platform, you are directing your personal health information to a consumer service of your choosing — this is consistent with HHS OCR guidance that such consumer-directed sharing does not create a HIPAA business associate relationship.

5. Your Account and Responsibilities

To use most features you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • Keep your password confidential and not share it with others.
  • Notify us immediately at help@solvecare360.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at help@solvecare360.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access to paid features until that date.

We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days in a billing period. However, if you are dissatisfied within 7 days of your initial paid subscription, contact us at help@solvecare360.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. This 7-day guarantee applies to first-time paid subscriptions only and does not apply to Pay Per Decode purchases or renewals.

After cancellation your account reverts to the Free tier. Your decoded documents and profile information are retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion.

8. Your Documents and Data

You retain full ownership of any documents you upload to SolveCare360. By uploading a document, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not sell your documents or their contents. We do not share them with insurance companies, employers, government agencies, or any third party except as necessary to operate the Service (e.g., our AI processing provider) or as required by law.

You may delete your documents at any time from your account settings. Deletion is permanent and immediate from the application; backups are purged within 30 days.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, branding, and AI-generated content produced by SolveCare360 (excluding your uploaded documents) is owned by or licensed to the Company. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

You may print or save AI-generated summaries of your own documents for personal use only.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolveCare360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by posting a notice in your account dashboard. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

Class action waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with us only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

To initiate a dispute, email us at help@solvecare360.com with a description of the issue. We will attempt to resolve it informally within 30 days before arbitration may begin.
